This is a highly client-focused project management role where you’ll oversee the successful delivery of multiple research projects for global enterprise clients. You’ll act as the central point of coordination between clients, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple market research projects simultaneously from initial briefing through to final delivery.
- Build trusted relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring exceptional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external suppliers and research partners to keep projects running smoothly.
- Monitor timelines, budgets and project milestones while proactively identifying and resolving risks.
- Ensure data quality, project accuracy and client expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Analyse project performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and delivery.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve challenges quickly while maintaining a calm, solutions-focused approach.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements across the project management function.
- Deliver an outstanding client experience on every project.
Requirements:
- Proven project management experience within market research, insights, data services or a similarly fast-paced client environment.
- Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Comfortable working US hours from Cape Town.
