Overview:
Our client is a rapidly growing global technology business operating at the forefront of workforce innovation. As they continue to expand internationally, they’re investing in building smarter systems, scalable operational processes, and commercially driven solutions that support long-term growth. They’re looking for an intellectually curious Research & Development Analyst who enjoys solving complex business problems, researching new opportunities, and building scalable processes that improve how the business operates.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with commercial problem-solving, rather than sitting within a traditional finance or accounting function, you’ll work across multiple business areas, researching opportunities, analysing data, improving operational processes, and helping shape new initiatives that support the company’s continued global growth. This role would suit someone who enjoys asking “why”, loves finding better ways of doing things, and has the ability to turn research into practical business outcomes.
