Overview
Our client is a fast-growing global company that helps businesses manage HR, payroll and workforce compliance for their international teams, including a growing operation in Switzerland. As that Swiss operation scales, they’re looking for a Payroll Manager to become the go-to person for HR administration, payroll coordination and Swiss labour compliance.
This is a compliance-critical role. You’ll act as the Responsible Person for the company’s Swiss legal entity under SECO’s labour leasing requirements, working directly with Swiss authorities, cantonal bodies and the company’s external payroll provider to keep every employee assignment, payslip and audit trail compliant with Swiss law. Alongside that, you’ll run day-to-day HR operations: onboarding new joiners, preparing contracts and documentation, and being the first point of contact for HR and payroll queries.
Reporting to the Head of Legal and Chief Operating Officer, you’ll be expected to operate independently, with roughly half your time spent directly on Swiss operations. This role offers remote working and annual leave in line with the Swiss Labour Code, with a competitive market-related salary.
